Little Angel Portraits

To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable photography experience, please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before confirming your maternity photoshoot with Little Angel Portraits.
1. Advance Booking
A 30% non-refundable token amount is required to confirm and secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot, before the delivery process begins.
Your booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session by providing at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to the photographer’s availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges.
One reschedule is permitted within the applicable notice period.
3. Cancellation
The booking token amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
However, clients may be eligible for one reschedule if the request is made within the required notice period and the new date is subject to availability.
4. Best Time for a Maternity Photoshoot
We recommend scheduling your maternity photoshoot between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy.
This period is generally suitable for capturing the desired maternity look while allowing the mother to remain as comfortable as possible during the session.
5. Location
We specialize in outdoor and doorstep/home maternity photography.
Any applicable entry fees, location permits, parking charges, venue charges, or location-specific fees will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Travel Charges
Travel charges are included only in packages where they are explicitly mentioned.
Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the client before the session.
7. Weather & Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor sessions, the photoshoot may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, extreme weather conditions, unsafe environmental conditions, or other circumstances that may affect the safety of the client, family, or photography team.
Weather-related rescheduling will be offered at the next mutually convenient available date without an additional photographer rescheduling fee.
8. Edited Images
Only the number of professionally edited photographs included in the selected package will be delivered.
Additional edited photographs may be purchased separately, subject to availability and applicable charges.
9. Raw / Unedited Images
RAW, unedited, or unprocessed image files are not provided unless specifically included in the selected package.
All clicked images will be shared only where such delivery is explicitly included in the package.
10. Delivery Timeline
Final edited photographs will be delivered within the promised delivery timeframe applicable to the selected package.
The delivery timeline begins after the photoshoot has been completed and full payment has been received.
11. Albums, Reels & Additional Deliverables
Printed albums, cinematic reels, videos, and other additional deliverables are included only when specifically mentioned in the selected package.
Any additional deliverables requested after booking may be subject to additional charges.
12. Outfits & Props
Premium maternity gowns, outfits, accessories, and maternity props are provided according to the selected package.
Clients are responsible for bringing any personal outfits, jewellery, footwear, accessories, or other items they wish to include in their session.
13. Family Participation
Partners and family members are welcome to participate in the photoshoot when family photography is included in the selected package.
Children participating in the session must remain under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian throughout the photoshoot.
14. Client Responsibility
Clients are requested to arrive at the agreed location on time and be fully prepared for the session.
Late arrival or delays caused by the client may reduce the available photography time and may not result in an extension of the scheduled session.
Clients are also responsible for communicating any specific requirements, preferences, or relevant information before the session.
15. Image Usage & Privacy
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the photoshoot, Little Angel Portraits may use selected photographs from the session for:
Portfolio purposes
Website
Social media
Marketing and advertising
Photography competitions
Promotional materials
If you do not wish your photographs to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing before the session.
16. Creative & Artistic Rights
Photography style, posing, composition, lighting, editing, colour grading, retouching, image selection, and other artistic decisions remain at the professional discretion of the photographer.
The final photographs will reflect the creative style and artistic approach of Little Angel Portraits.
Specific poses, backgrounds, edits, or reference images requested by clients may be considered but cannot always be guaranteed.
17. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, travel disruptions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, the photography session may need to be rescheduled.
In such circumstances, Little Angel Portraits will work with the client to arrange the next available suitable date.
18. Agreement to Terms
Payment of the booking amount confirms that the client has:

Understood the policies stated above; and
Agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By proceeding with the booking and making the advance payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
